We visit various lounges and nightclubs for the purpose of examining and evaluating employees. Now you are probably thinking "This is what I have a manager for and even cameras." Well... that's true, but your manager is a very visible extension of the employer. Everyone is on their best behavior when the "boss" is around. Spotters work undercover as customers, remaining completely anonymous, allowing the employees to work as he or she normally would when the "boss" is not around. Cameras can not compare to the detection of the eyes and ears of our trained agents sitting right at your bar.

We are currently working with a staff of trained hospitality experts specializing in the detection of theft, customer service, employee performance, and hospitality standards. Unlike a lot of spotter companies who work with a unqualified staff, our team of employees have bartending experience, are trained in detecting theft, and are (C) licensed private investigators. Our detailed reports cover a nineteen point evaluation describing all suspicious transactions that take place during the surveillance times on each individual bartender. Our reports will also include an overall detailed summary of the establishment, monitoring the waitstaff, cocktail servers, management, security staff if applicable, and any suspicious drug activity that might be taking place on premise. We offer professional solutions to these problems and will discuss these completed  reports with you within two working days.

Our rate are based on the amount of bartenders being monitored. For (one to five) bartenders: $350.00. (Six to ten) bartenders: $450.00. Over ten bartenders: negotiable.
